Responsibilities
- Monitor and track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and vendors to resolve logistics issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation using ERP systems.
- Analyze shipping data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate shipment status updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
