Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of inventory levels and supply chain documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, freight carriers, and internal departments to resolve shipping issues.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in our ERP and warehouse management systems.
- Coordinate receiving and shipping schedules to guarantee timely delivery of goods.
- Identify and report on supply chain discrepancies and inventory shortages.
- Support the Senior Coordinator in preparing weekly reports and supply chain analysis.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or overtime.
