Responsibilities
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock replenishment during night hours.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and stage shipments in accordance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Conduct regular safety checks of the work area to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and maintaining a clean, orderly environment.
- Process incoming and outgoing freight using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
