LogiTech Solutions is expanding operations and is urgently seeking a dedicated Night Shift Operations Manager to lead our team in Memphis, TN. As the Night Shift Operations Manager, you will be the face of our facility during critical hours, ensuring that our supply chain remains seamless, our team is safe, and our productivity targets are met.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory management during the night shift.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates to ensure high performance and morale.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards to prevent accidents.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, productivity rates, and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with day shift leadership to ensure smooth handovers and continuous workflow.
- Manage equipment maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues immediately.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve logistical discrepancies efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain supervision.
- Proven experience successfully managing teams in a Night Shift environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results under pressure.
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory control software.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is preferred.
- Valid Forklift Certification and valid driver's license.
