Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Resolve complex technical issues and account queries with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Adhere to all company policies, security protocols, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify trends in customer issues and suggest improvements to the support process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly preferred.
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 9 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems with minimal supervision.
