Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle incoming customer tickets and support requests efficiently during night operations.
- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems for our client base.
- Document Solutions: Log all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with Teams: Communicate effectively with day-shift support teams to ensure continuity of service.
- Adhere to SLAs: Ensure all customer issues are resolved within the agreed service level agreements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: Minimum educational requirement.
- Previous Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Computer Proficiency: Strong typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
