Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Manage customer accounts and resolve complex technical and billing issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and account changes accurately in our CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience during late-night operations.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we train the right candidates.
- Must be available to start working the night shift immediately.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
