Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software to accurately update and maintain customer account information and transaction histories.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalations by collaborating with team leads and support departments.
- Communicate product details, policy changes, and service upgrades clearly and professionally to diverse audiences.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services while adhering to compliance guidelines.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the company database for quality assurance purposes.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards during every shift.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly tone.
