Responsibilities
- Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Analyze customer feedback and technical issues to provide accurate solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in our CRM system.
- Process Improvement: Identify trends in customer issues and relay suggestions to management to help improve our products and services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to resolution.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating computer systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software.
- Attitude: A positive, professional demeanor and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time hours with flexibility for peak business periods.
