Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding billing, technical support, and account management.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure high service satisfaction scores (CSAT).
- Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to management.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude during evening operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
