Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Accurately enter and update customer data into company CRM and database systems.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance metrics.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude during night shifts to ensure high-quality service.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Reliable internet connection is essential.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
