Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop to internal employees and clients.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Manage and maintain computer systems, including operating systems, peripherals, and security software.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software installations across the organization.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve system efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems (Windows and Mac).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
