We are looking for a problem-solver who can handle high volumes of support tickets while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction and system uptime.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain IT systems and network infrastructure during night shifts to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Resolve complex technical issues and escalate tickets to senior engineers when necessary.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to internal and external clients.
- Document all troubleshooting steps and resolutions in our ticketing system (Jira/Zendesk).
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
- Perform regular system backups, security checks, and patch management.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and network troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during night shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
