Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets with a focus on rapid resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of technical incidents and implement long-term solutions.
- Conduct remote diagnostics and assist users via phone, email, and chat.
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles to improve self-service capabilities.
- Mentor junior support staff and contribute to team training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, JIRA, ServiceNow).
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, to meet business demands.
