Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain the Local Area Network (LAN), Wi-Fi, and server infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems (Windows) and essential business applications.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and peripherals for incoming staff.
- Document all IT incidents, solutions, and changes in our ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle a high volume of support tickets.
