Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
