Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts to ensure product quality and functionality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA and defect tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Perform regression testing on new releases to maintain system integrity.
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues.
- Communicate test results clearly to stakeholders and recommend solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in web-based technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database fundamentals.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
