Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Configure, install, and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and security to ensure optimal uptime and data integrity.
- Assist end-users with hardware and software connectivity issues via ticketing systems.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning exercises.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement network upgrades and security patches.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and diagnostic software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to obtain a valid US work authorization.
