Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and related hardware/software infrastructure.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Perform regular system backups, data archiving, and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Monitor network performance, security logs, and system alerts to proactively address potential vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with vendors to manage service contracts and ensure optimal hardware performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Systems Administration or IT Support.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware) and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
