Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues for internal stakeholders efficiently.
- Network Administration: Monitor network performance, manage security protocols, and ensure high-speed connectivity for all departments.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular updates, patch management, and hardware installations to maintain optimal system performance.
- User Assistance: Offer clear, patient guidance to users regarding software usage and technical procedures.
- Incident Management: Document all technical issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the centralized ticketing system.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors for hardware repairs and service contracts as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in IT support or system administration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
