Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable software applications using modern programming languages (Java, Python, or Go).
- Lead code reviews, ensuring best practices, security standards, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality features.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide technical leadership in architectural decisions.
- Contribute to technical documentation and ensure system reliability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
