Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide product information, process returns, and explain billing procedures clearly.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer support, call center, or retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
