Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on problem resolution.
- Assist customers in navigating our products and services to find the best solutions.
- Accurately enter and update customer information into our internal database systems.
- Collaborate with the wider team to address complex customer issues and escalations.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Maintain a professional, polite, and positive demeanor in every customer interaction.
- Document customer feedback and report common issues to management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be available to start immediately (Tomorrow).
