Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on efficiency and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner, escalating complex matters to the management team when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately while maintaining detailed records in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
- Provide accurate product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
