Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks, freight, and materials using proper equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing stock and materials, record daily transactions accurately using inventory management software.
- Packing & Shipping: Pack, seal, and label products for shipment to ensure timely delivery and prevent damage.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report malfunctions.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance (no call-ins).
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
- Documentation: Must provide valid government-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate consideration.
