Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical bottlenecks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) and rotating holidays.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
