- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift teams
- Implement process improvements for 24-hour operations
- Handle urgent escalations and operational disruptions
- Generate shift performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Proven night shift management background
- Forklift certification required
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in WMS and inventory software
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
