Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift team members and daily operational workflow
- Monitor inventory management and warehouse safety protocols
- Resolve urgent customer inquiries and operational escalations
- Coordinate cross-functional handoffs with day shift teams
- Generate performance reports and process improvement recommendations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Advanced proficiency in inventory management systems
- Exceptional communication and documentation abilities
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, weekends as needed
