Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex product inquiries and technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to escalate bugs and feature requests.
- Adhere to company policies and service level agreements (SLAs) at all times.
- Conduct training sessions for junior staff members when required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
