Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat within 15-minute SLA
- Resolve billing and account issues using CRM software (Salesforce training provided)
- Process orders and transactions with 99.5% accuracy
- Document all interactions in customer databases
- Collaborate with support team to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed monthly customer satisfaction targets (NPS score 8+)
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Participate in bi-weekly team training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville location
- Pass background check and drug screen
