Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using our CRM software.
- Resolve complex customer issues by collaborating with internal departments (Logistics, Sales, etc.).
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in our system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume of interactions.
- Must be available to start immediately.
