- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience and meet sales targets.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company database.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve workflow and service quality metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide full paid training.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
