Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems for hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and computer malfunctions efficiently.
- Perform system maintenance and software installations for employees.
- Assist in the deployment of new devices and peripherals to the team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all incidents and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in IT Support or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, urgent environment with tight deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Willingness to be on-call for critical system outages.
- Fluency in English.
