Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues across Windows/Linux environments
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure
- Implement security protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Azure cloud services
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
