Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
- Manage helpdesk ticketing system and respond to user requests within SLA
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware repairs and software licensing
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and cloud platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity issues
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Jira)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
