Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets to ensure rapid response times and resolution.
- Conduct remote desktop sessions and on-site visits to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all incidents, solutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of office equipment and software updates.
- Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Office 365 suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional on-site visits.
