Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and product-related issues with empathy
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Participate in ongoing training for product/service updates
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer relationships
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Type 40+ WPM with strong computer literacy
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced setting
- Flexibility for evening/weekend shifts as needed
