Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve complex billing and technical issues while maintaining customer satisfaction metrics
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and escalate unresolved cases to senior specialists
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer journey
- Meet or exceed daily performance targets including resolution rates and response times
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training to maintain service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume contact center environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with proven conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends (20-30 hrs/week)
