Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat within 15-minute SLA
- Resolve technical issues using CRM systems and knowledge base resources
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain case histories
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support for complex technical escalations
- Meet monthly KPIs for resolution rate and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- Participate in daily team huddles and quarterly skills workshops
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for enhanced service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 0-2 years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and conflict resolution abilities
- Availability to work rotating weekends and occasional holidays
