Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support to enterprise clients via phone, chat, and email during night hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues with high efficiency.
- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) by resolving tickets within SLA targets.
- Document all technical resolutions and updates in the company knowledge base for team reference.
- Collaborate seamlessly with day-shift teams to ensure seamless continuity of support.
- Escalate critical issues to senior engineering teams promptly and clearly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or help desk environments.
- Proven availability and reliability for night shift schedules (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a quiet environment.
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
