Responsibilities

- Diagnose & Resolve: Quickly troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- System Optimization: Analyze current workflows and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- User Support: Provide top-tier technical support and training to internal staff and stakeholders.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system configurations, changes, and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a relevant technical field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages (Python/Java/C#), database management, and network protocols.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences.
- Reliability: Must be available for full-time hours and demonstrate high levels of reliability and work ethic.
- Certifications: PMP, CompTIA, or AWS certification is highly preferred.
