Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for 50+ enterprise clients
- Onboard new clients with personalized implementation programs
- Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve client issues
- Analyze usage data to optimize client outcomes and retention
- Lead quarterly business reviews with C-level stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer success/account management
- SaaS industry experience with enterprise clients
- Proven ability to exceed retention and upsell targets
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM platforms
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical abilities
- BA/BS or equivalent practical experience
- Local Oakland residency preferred
