Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Log and track all technical support tickets in our ticketing system (Jira/Salesforce).
- Conduct onboarding training for new clients to ensure smooth technology integration.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify trends in technical failures and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a helpdesk environment.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and common office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex problems under pressure with a positive attitude.
