Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and network devices.
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software updates across the office.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve service delivery and enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in IT or related field preferred).
- Previous experience in a technical support or help desk role is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.
