Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and user feedback in the helpdesk system.
- Assist in the deployment of new software updates and security patches.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
- Maintain a clean and organized IT workspace and inventory.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows, macOS) and hardware components.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (we offer tuition reimbursement).
