Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead cloud migration projects on AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues
- Collaborate with Product and DevOps teams on roadmap execution
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Drive architectural decisions and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in backend development
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
- Strong AWS/GCP infrastructure knowledge
- Proven leadership in agile development environments
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with cloud-native architectures
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
