- Educate customers on best practices for product usage and security.
- Collaborate with the senior engineering team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on technical trends.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
