Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to clients via phone, email, and live chat during night operations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions, technical data, and resolutions in our CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the Senior Engineering team while maintaining customer trust.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of recurring technical problems.
- Ensure strict adherence to company security protocols and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical support or help desk environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-pressure environment.
