Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for clients.
- Log and track all support tickets in the CRM system with detailed documentation.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers while managing client expectations.
- Monitor system alerts and perform routine maintenance during quiet periods.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Customer Service.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy.
- Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
