Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design and implement high-performance, scalable full-stack web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Problem Solving: Identify complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions to improve system efficiency and user experience.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality software.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
